Easy to work with, always help me when i have to postpone the monthly payment. Recommended
I spoke to an excellent salesman about the policy over the phone -- he explored all the many options, and because I had lots of questions, followed up with me on several occasions with variations. The price and duration of the policy were also the best I found. Then, when I was ready to buy, my e-mails to him bounced, and he never returned my phone calls. If this company doesn't track and follow its potential customers when they stand to EARN money, it makes me wonder how responsive they'd be when it came time for them to PAY OUT!?
