I purchase the top of the line extended warranty coverage from Endurance on my 2011 BMW Z4 3.5 IS. The coverage was expensive, but the car has 60,000 mi and I was afraid of what I could get into with repairs. 6 month’s later the check engine light came on. I took it to the BMW dealer who tracked it down to a cracked manifold cover. Estimate was $1,600. BMW contacted Endurance. Endurance insisted on having their rep check out problem for himself. He showed up the next day at BMW, checked it out and left. BMW contacted Endurance following day to see what was going on. Endurance asked BMW to fax them a copy of my last visit there (I had brake pads installed 2 mos earlier). As soon as Endurance received that fax, they authorized full payment to BMW, less my $100 deductible. BMW says my car should be ready tomorrow. Overall I’d say a great first experience with Endurance. I never spoke to them, and I kind of liked the idea that they sent someone quickly to the BMW dealership to check out what they were telling me. I’d give Endurance an “A” so far!
I called endurance for a quote there was a little confusion at first but one of the managers (Ed) called me back explained everything and got me great coverage at a very affordable price. I couldn't be happier with the company or their service! Thanks
I am very happy with the service I received today from representatives in customer service and endurance claims. My car broke down last night and I had to get it towed to the nearest repair shop. I contacted customer service and *** was very nice and walked me through the claim process before transferring me to claims. Claims already talked to the mechanic and said that the claim will be approved, I'm so happy. I just have to pay my deductible of $100. Thank you so much for the great service Endurance!
